Our story
Walker's Midas is a family business that began in 1960 as Upington Radiators. It went on to become one of the first Midas stores in South Africa, and today three generations of the Walker family run our stores in Upington and Kathu.
In 2018 we opened our main store at 1 Kooperasie Street in Upington – the biggest Midas store in South Africa. We are proudly part of the Walker Group.
Ons maak eerste vriende, dan kliënte
Our motto means “first we make friends, then clients”. It sums up how we serve every customer, from a motorist needing a globe to a mine fleet manager.
